Oliver Paredes is a Venezuelan dance teacher who has danced salsa, merengue, tambor and other Caribbean dances since his childhood.

His Caribbean background can be seen in the hot hip movements he uses to spice up the dances and in the passion and joy he expresses in his dance.

Oliver Paredes is the founder of Salsa Pasión Dance School (in 2003) and also founded the first salsa school "Baila conmigo" in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1997 while studying there. He has performed in St. Petersburg, Tampere and other parts of Finland and Europe with his dance groups since 1998.

He is also an exellent salsa instructor, animator and dj who organises regularly popular salsa parties, dance shows and salsa happenings everywhere in Finland. Oliver Paredes is the organizer of the first annual salsa festival in Finland: Tampere International Salsa Festival (in 2004 and 2005).

Aino has been dancing salsa and other Caribbean dances from 1998 and has he taught salsa and Latin dance from 2000. Aino has performed for several years, currently in dance group Salsa Pasión. She is studying ethnomusicology at the University of Tampere with Caribbean music as her area of specialisation.
