General

The terms and conditions are valid for all tickets during the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival. By ordering tickets for “Parties only” (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) through our sales partners you accept their general terms and conditions, too.

Booking

By ordering through the Internet you will find a registration form, which has to be filled out completely.

Before registering you have to read and accept our terms and conditions. After using the ordering form and ordering successfully you will receive a confirmation of registration/invoice via e-mail.

By ordering at least 10 tickets you are able to buy group passes. A group discount can only be granted it there is one billing address.

Payment

All payments must be placed by bank transfer on our mentioned bank account. The issued ticket is only valid after the financial transaction is successfully handled, by the end of the date of payment.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be subject to a 30 Eur fee. Cancellations after 01/June/08 will only be refunded half price. No Cancellations or Refunds after 12:00 noon 15/June/08.

Pick ups, Applicability

All tickets for the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival can only be picked up by the Check-In counter at the Festival centre. Loosing a ticket is at your own risk – the organizer will not take responsibility for compensation of lost tickets.

Tickets may not be used unauthorized, may not be copied or changed in any case. By using the ticket the participant agrees to follow the orders of the house rules by the Festival Centre.

Photography

During the Salsa Festival the organizer is going to film and take photographs of all participants, visitors, artists, etc. Those pictures and the film will be sold in our Internet-shop and also used/published for promotion and advertising reasons (i.e. Website, Folders, Press-Releases, TV- and Cinema, etc.) for the Summer Salsa Festival (2005 and following years). Each participant, visitor, artist, etc. agrees the publication of his pictures and the film without any compensation.
