Croatian Summer Salsa Festival 2008 will give you the opportunity to improve your salsa technique, or simply to learn new 'moves' at numerous workshops held by world class instructors, according to your level of dancing skills. We are planning to organize four levels of classes taking into account different dancing skills: beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced coupled with different styles of dancing.

One of the reasons our festival is fully booked each year is because we strive to give uniqe and inovative contents to the people. We are not just copying the other festivals but really giving a lot of our own how-to. And we go step by step.

Having a lot of experience from other congresses, getting the feedback from the students on our festivals and also applying knowledge gained on our own teaching courses during the year results each year in a better and better structure of workshops which we like to think are student-oriented, and not just market-oriented. Our last years workshop concept seemed to be very good accepted by students and teachers alike so this year we will follow the samce concept with some slight changes to offer even greater quality.

The main features of this concept which we will definitely keep in future are:

• offer complete separate program for linear style and Cuban dances
• introduced block hours (two hours with same instructor) which allows for progressive build up of the knowledge and improved structure of teaching

MORE TEACHING HALLS !

First 2 years, we have used 4 halls. Last year we have used 5 halls for workshops. This year, we have added additional 6th hall. For us it is a sign that our formula that relies on sea, sun and salsa is really what people look for !
