Ana is a body-oriented psychotherapist who works through movement, focusing on the connection between body, breath, and overall well-being.

She has been part of the SeaSunSalsa community for years as a salsa dancer, and this year joins the M-power program as a yoga instructor.

Her sessions are designed to support dancers through three key elements:

  • Mobility - improving joint flexibility, releasing tension, and expanding range of motion
  • Strength - building stability, control, and muscular endurance through focused movement
  • Recovery - restoring the body with deep stretches, breathwork, and slower, grounding flow

Whether you want cleaner movement or just a proper reset after long dance days, Ana’s classes help you move and feel better.
