Meet Julia - a highly trained and experienced yoga instructor and healthy eating expert with over 14 years of teaching experience!
After completing various yoga teacher trainings, we can say that Julia is truly in love with yoga and all its benefits!
She has also developed her own approach to food based on different systems, including macrobiotics, raw food, ayurveda and more. Using this extensive knowledge, she teaches "Intuitive Eating" tailored to each person's unique needs and condition. She also teaches vegan cooking workshops and detox retreats.
